Joe Scavo has been a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker for over 17 years. Prior to Real Estate, he was employed by Merrill Lynch as an Investment Banker at the World Trade Center in NYC. With both his personal and business experience in Real Estate, as well as his background in Investment Banking, he holds the knowledge necessary to guide clients into sound investments. Joe is constantly keeping up with the trends of the market, and is an enthusiast when it comes to gaining knowledge of newer and expanding marketplaces. Having recently opened up his network globally, Joe hopes to expand his business even further in the coming years in order to help bring more foreign money into the American economy.

Joe also has a vast understanding of new custom homes and land sites that hold the possibility of growth for an investor. He prefers to not have a niche, but rather, a broad base of clientele that touches on all aspects of the market. As a result, he has built and maintained more long term relationships. Having worked closely with not only families that are searching for their next place to call home, and investors and builders whose priority rest in their profit margins, Joe has also purchased homes that were in a state of distress and rehabilitated them back to splendor. This not only expands his professional knowledge, but it contributes to the growth and development of our own markets by keeping communities competitive.
